Within Germany, the shipping costs are a flat rate of €5.90. For orders over €80, shipping is free within Germany.

The shipping costs within the EU are a flat rate of €12.90. We ship to Switzerland and England for €19.90. Outside Germany, shipping is free for orders over €150.

We make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible. Most items are shipped the day after you place your order. However, it can sometimes happen that your order takes 2-4 working days to ship.

As soon as your order is on its way to you, you will receive an email with the shipment tracking so that you can track exactly when your order will arrive.

Should there be any problems with your delivery, we will keep you updated by email.

Yes, it is possible to have selected photo albums individually embossed. You can find the embossing option on the respective product page for the album.

For private individuals we offer many different payment options, e.g. payment via PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, credit card or instant bank transfer. If you would like to pay by invoice, you can pay by Klarna invoice.

If you subsequently require an invoice for your order, simply request one via our contact form or by email (info@fotoalbumshop.de). We will be happy to send you your invoice.

We also offer orders on account for business customers. If you would like to place an order on account, simply contact us using the contact form or by email to: info@fotoalbumshop.de. We will be happy to make you an individual offer.
