You can return all items within 30 days
Log in to your customer account
Log in to your customer account. You can log in to your account at any time using your email address. To do so, simply click on the link "View order" in the email you received after placing your order. Alternatively, you can also click on the Click the icon for customer accounts in our online shop or simply click here.
Select order and request return
Select the order from which you would like to return one or more items. Once you have selected your order, click on the "Request return" button at the top right. Please note that this function is only available after your order has been shipped. Please select the reason for your return and then click on "Request return". We will then review your request. Once this process is complete, you will receive your return label with further instructions by email.
Pack your order and print the return label
As soon as your return has been confirmed, you will receive an email with your return label. Please follow the instructions in the email and print out your return label. Pack your return and stick the return label on. Now all you have to do is drop off your package at the nearest DHL Service Point. As soon as we have received your return, the amount you have already paid will be credited to you.
